Michael Yiu is a mechanical engineer based in Melbourne, Australia. Michael and I got to sit down and talk about why he chose the path of an engineer and how he locked in as a mechanical engineer. He explained what a project might look like from start to finish. Why projects can sometimes take years and how being an engineer involves communication skills amongst other things, not just being a math whiz. We also got to talk about Michael's Youtube channel he began early this year and how the idea started with him wanting to share information to others that he wish he knew.

Renard Cheren is a steadicam operator based in Los Angeles. Renard and sit down and talk about his upbringing in Florida and initially following in love with football. Renard shares how he started editing and filming football videos. And as he started to get multiple injuries playing college football he began to prepare for his next career. After moving out west, Renard dove head first working with some of the biggest artists and directors in the music industry today like Beyonce, Eminem and Cole Bennett. Renard shares how his football background has helped prep him to carry around a camera for 10 hour shoots. At such a young age, Renard has all the opportunities in front of him.
