She had a challenging time during her enrollment at the US Air Force Academy, feeling pressured by her family's expectations. One night, while riding with a stranger in his car, they were involved in a severe accident that caused her to be clinically dead for 10 to 15 minutes. She was revived using a sternal knuckle pressure technique. It took almost 20 years for Nicole to regain her memory of the accident she shares her insights from clinically dying 3 times and being sent back. Her message is about hope, love and forgiveness.

Julie Hilsen interviews, Laurin Wittig, a fantasy romance novelist, who discusses her writing journey and how she transitioned from being a novelist to working with spirituality to help people heal and find different spirit guides. She explains how her love for fantasy and science fiction, as well as her Scottish background, influenced her writing. She talks about her research into medieval culture, where magic and spirituality were accepted and a large part of the female culture, which interested her in imagining women's lives during that time. Wittig also shares her experience of being part of a nurturing and supportive community of women in the romance industry.

They discuss their experiences visiting churches and cathedrals in Europe and the peaceful energy they felt in those ancient places. The conversation then shifts to ley lines, which Wittig believes exist and are related to the energy of the earth. She describes her ability to feel energy in her hands and sense heavy energy spots in the woods, where she can acknowledge and clear them. Wittig expresses her interest in exploring ley lines further and mentions a ley line running through Paris. The conversation also briefly touches on the concept of the Sisterhood of the Rose and its relation to ley lines.

In this conversation, Julie Hilsen talks to Amanda Kate about kinesiology, which is a holistic approach that combines Eastern wisdom with Western science. Kinesiology is based on the premise that the universe is made up of more than just physical matter and that our mental, emotional, spiritual, energetic, metaphysical, relational, sexual, and transformational aspects are just as important. Kinesiology involves looking at the totality of a person to understand what is causing a physical manifestation of a disease or ailment. Traumas that occur in childhood are considered as having a significant impact on a person's physical and mental well-being. Kinesiology aims to unpack those traumas, shift out the emotional resonance, and heal the inner child, teenager, or any other iteration of oneself that is in need of care and attention.
We discuss the importance of being conscious of the language we use, both in terms of the words we choose and the absolutes we create. They encourage people to recognize that individuals may be reacting out of fear or their inner child and to avoid using language that puts people on the defensive, such as absolutes like "never." Instead, they suggest using language that brings people together as a team. They also stress the importance of being conscious of our energy and consciousness, as that makes up 96% of our power. They offer examples of how we can shift the dynamic with children and partners by being aware of the language we use.

He also discusses his own experience with Saturn Sati, a supposedly difficult astrological period that he found to be a time of great blessings. 
Indra has learned to make decisions based on his gut instead of his head and believes that sometimes no decision needs to be made. They have let go of the idea that something is wrong or that they can't make a decision, and have surrendered to the bigger world. The speaker believes that freedom is not needing to do something, and that attachment is needing to do what you want. They believe that holy people do not discuss right and wrong, and that in holy places and holy thoughts, questions disappear. The speaker believes that there is a lot of love in the world and that it is manifested in every moment by the divine, by existence itself, by nature itself.
