We’ve heard various ways of how to forgive other people or ourselves but what do we do with the rest of the feelings that still linger once the forgiveness process has started? Where do we even start? Let’s talk about it.

Aren’t you tired of playing small in this life? I know I am. Society has trained us to shrink ourselves into these impossibly small spaces by telling us who to be and why. I’m done with that narrative. We deserve to take up as much space as we need to be whoever we want, whenever, and however. Take up space with me in episode 3.

It can be a difficult process when learning to trust ourselves. Here, we dive into developing a strong compass and sense of self using reflection and forgiveness.

Allow me to introduce myself as your host and co-pilot and give you a brief introduction to our journey back to self and how I hope this project can help get us there. Enjoy the ride, it’s the first of many!
