Hey everyone, here is a quick update about what is going on in the lives of Garrett and Tamara. Garrett hits his two years sober, Tamara is in a dual diagnosis rehab facility in Florida. Life recovered shall return!

LR is on an indefinite hiatus: Tam had a slip, she is OK , I don't have too much additional information. I have loved doing this podcast, I have no idea what is going to happen in the future but please stay subscribed!

Garrett is feeling one-upped these days by Tamara's juicy life stories. So at the top of the episode, they show his ego a little love and play a clip of Recovery Elevator where Paul and Tricia talk about Garrett's favorite topic... Garrett! The layers of irony in the clip are not lost on the pair, and they dissect how a short amount of time can change the meaning of a conversation.

Garrett introduces ASMR to the podcast. He is definitely wired with ASMR, and he goes into detail on what it means and how it feels. Towards the end of the episode, he even plays a short sampling of an ASMR series he subscribes to.

In a segment that Garrett has dubbed "Tamara Dramara" Tamara shares about the total shock she was in to find that one of her IOP drug tests came back positive... for cocaine! And oh, by the way... she doesn't fucking do cocaine!

Garrett & Tamara discuss "One Nation Under Stress" and each proffers a theory on the core issue.

Garrett does a little digging on what his Ankh tattoo may really mean, and the results may be a tad more than he bargained for.
