Even after I got my inbox empty and took control of my schedule, I still found myself stressing out on the regular.
Why?
I had to learn how to manage my stress:
- I had to learn the true cause of my stress- it wasn't my overflowing inbox or busy calendar. Surprise!
- I had to learn how to manage my reaction to stress.
- Turns out I was a "stress junkie"- and I had to give up the "high" of a constantly busy (even if uncomfortable) life.
I LOVE how I show up when I'm relaxed. Learning how to manage my stress is one of the best things I've ever done.
