Told she would have less than a few months to live without a new liver, Heather's time was running out when a kind stranger heard of her plight and discovered he was a perfect match. The two met and before long a friendship developed into romance.

Planes, Trains & Automobiles starring Steve Martin and John Candy. A movie of a man trying to get home for Thanksgiving and all the struggles he runs into to get there. In all the struggles is a witty, gritty man who isn't really a criminal but let's just say he will go out of his way to help someone get home for the Holiday. My biggest take of the movie was on not judging a person when you met them. Listen to Melinda describe the movie and both us laughing and sharing. Then as a surprise, I play "Name that Movie" with her.

I hope this episode gives his wife, Rosemary Hobor, his daughter Jennifer Candy and his son Christopher Candy joy in knowing that we enjoyed their husband and father in several movies and have good memories. Steve Martin still survives and is still starring in movies and making us laugh.
