In this episode I speak with Matt Izzo on the importance of not only working out and being healthy but in losing the negative belief systems that keep us unhealthy and fat. Anyone can lose weight, but how do we create a way of seeing ourself in a authentically positive manner. We may lose weight but if we keep the image of that fat guy or girl in our head, then it's only a matter of time before that reality shows up again. We also talk about the importance of growing in consciousness, or wisdom, in seeing the world as it is, instead of our narrow view of it.
