George Bruno is a former therapist and professor. He now coaches men for change and traction in their lives. He works specifically with men, and explains why in the podcast. He helps men get out of toxic relationships, including cheating, drug abuse, and physical abuse. In a world that has become feminized and many men have lost their sense of identity, George is in the arena helping men reclaim their masculinity not just by speaking about it, but by living it. George shares talks about how many men will brag about how many women they've slept with, but George says, "I'm ashamed." That stood out to me, because of my own experience. At the time of my youth, I thought that was the thing that made me valuable, because everyone else was aiming for that, but the truth is deep down, that shame, is not just George's but mine too. We like to think we're all different, and to some extent we are, but at the root of our human experience, men and women both want the same thing, we've just collectively forgotten it and are slowly coming to remember.
