Failure can often stunt people's growth or impedes our ability to reach our full potential.  It is time to dust ourselves off, get back up, and keep going.  It is time for us to view failure as the gateway to success, as we learn, grow, and become stronger during the journey to the top!

It is amazing how much pro athletes make.  Although this is something that has gotten far out of control, it's important we now focus on what they bring to the table.  Professional athletics provides entertainment, a way for us to come together, and it will be great to have pro sports back after a long layoff.

In this episode we take a deep dive into the situation that our young people are facing today.  Education is the gateway to a choice filled life.  However, it is up to our teachers, the parents of kids, and our communities to celebrate and emphasize the importance of education so our children are set up for success.  Then, it is the individual's responsibility to work hard.  By utilizing education, our young people have an opportunity to break cycles and elicit change for their life and the world.

The social injustices that groups of people have faced in this country must be addressed.  Sports are a platform that can be a very powerful agent of change.  Within the world of sports names of teams such as the Redskins must be changed and we must work together to continue to stand with and for marginalized groups that deserve respect.

On this episode, Matt shares with us his thoughts about the climate of education today, why faith plays a huge role in his life, how to stay on track with our fitness, and the ways that finances have bettered his household.  We also learn about a great nonprofit called Village of Hope which continues to serve and provide education for children in Kenya.

Today we explore how life can throw some really tough trials and things our way.  Although there are many moments that are extremely difficult to get through, God is still for us.  The Lord wants to see us overcome these and by calling on His name for help, we can and we will grow through what we go through.
