Life Tonic Podcast

Throughout history, the Moon has been regarded as not only a symbol of the fertility of Mother Earth but also to the female cycle - just one example of the sacred connection to nature we have.

Working with the Moon cycles can be incredibly enriching and empowering as it allows us to reconnect to the rhythms of your body and the Universal energies available to us.

I was lucky enough to speak to the founder of Lunar Light Worker, Zoe who is a trained Transference Healer and Earth Alchemy coach on a mission to help empathic Light Workers step into their light, raise & sustain their vibration by aligning to the lunar, cosmic and earth cycles.

Join us for a soul-led, enriching conversation covering the following themes;

2:00 - My guest's journey into spirituality

11:52 - Aligning to the Lunar Cycle and Vibration

15:14 - Breaking down the the Moon Phases

21:00 - Sacred bleeding and the Moon

30:45 - Navigating collective awakening as an Empath

39:20 - How to hold a beautiful high-frequency space for yourself

46:00 - Manifestation Principles

2022 was always destined to be a big and transformative year, we have been learning to embrace it, going with the flow, and surrendering to the journey of our life. August is a month that asks you to finally match the external to the internal.

Amongst the ongoing and revolutionary Aquarian cycle, the once-in-a-lifetime transits and potent energy portals, I sit down for a digest on how to harness the energies of;

• The triple conjunction,
• Current Retrogrades,
• Full moon in Aquarius - the last super full moon of the year (aligned with Saturn),
• The Aquarius weather

The future is here, brilliant, bold and full of opportunities - join me in this heartfelt conversation that I hope will stir you and make you reflect on your own power.

After a long pause, I am back for a catch-up and serving up some updates on the current cosmic weather. Amidst Eclipse season, there is a heightened sensitivity since we are navigating many things that are now obscured. For this reason, it is a time when we are having to move slowly, be patient, and use this energy to pause before rushing into change.

In this period of surrender and trusting the flow, I share some insights that have been floating to the surface and some higher truths that I have been navigating that I believe will also resonate with many.

About twenty minutes into the episode, dive back into some exclusive and un-aired content from my conversation with Bess Matassa on retrograded and how to use these periods to reflect, retreat and emerge with greater understanding about the inner working of our psyche.

I fell in love with Bess’ Numinous Cosmic Year months before inviting her to come on the podcast. To me, she offers a refreshing take on Astrology, away from the rigidity and into a life-giving territory that feels fitting for the New Age whilst drawing on sacred ancient wisdom.

Bess Matassa, PhD, is a New York-based astrology and tarot reader, teacher, and author who serves up mystical self-inquiry with a side of play, poetry, and pop music. When not busy combing the cosmos, she can be spotted sporting hot pink lipstick while wandering deserts and tropics.

In this episode, she shares her unique personal journey, finding her way back to Astrology via a quick detour during which she may have lost her pink lipstick and enchants with musings on;

• Messages that are coming up for the collective this year,
• New and inspiring ways to decode your own birth chart
• Satiating your curiosity about astrology and key transits,
• Navigating your Saturn Return and much much more!

She has generously offered a discount code for my listeners - 20% off a full astrology + tarot reading with code: STARTONIC to be enjoyed for one month, starting from the air date.

Past Lives are something that has long fascinated me and my community of spiritual navigators so this episode felt like a particularly sacred one to share with the world.

My guest, Sophia Constantine is an intuitive Astrologer and Spiritual Guide specialising in hypnosis and the vibrational library that is the Akasha. Her journey has been nothing short of inspiring thus far and she now guides others to embrace their shadow, connect with their soul purpose and truly embody their potential.

Today we’re diving deep into how she helped me remember one of my past lives - the odd feeling of remembrance that feel like coming home to the self and why vivid and shadow expressions of past lives can lead to the future possibilities yet to manifest.

Aiyah Maraka is another familiar face joining me in Season III of the podcast! She is a dear friend of mine from school and a big part of my re-initiation into spirituality during my turbulent teenage years. I had the chance to catch up with her, two years since we first recorded together, in a new landscape and with new ideas and insights.

In this episode, we muse on what it's like to navigate the world of today as an empath, facing your fears and working with shadow, ascension symptoms, collective enlightenment and how we practice radical self-acceptance.

Aiyah Maraka is a certified Crystal Healer and Spiritual Advisor. Her ethical crystal business Aiyah Crystals incorporates high-frequency and ethically sourced crystals into Wester-inspired designs. Through her work, Aiyah aims to inspire her generation on how to connect to their true selves through ancient spiritual wisdom.

Integrating the dark aspects of our Ourselves

Certified Crystal Healer, Intuition Teacher and Soul Purpose Coach Gemma Petherbridge is back on the podcast to talk all things crystals, intention programming, intuition igniting and her brand new release - The Crystal Apothecary, a stunning coffee table book she authored, containing 75 of the world's most potent crystals, their descriptions and properties.

I was always fascinated by Gemma’s unique gift in interpreting crystals in an intuitive way and teaching others how to tap into their intuition to choose the right semi-precious stone for them (yes, even sceptics!), so her book feels like it's always been within her and it's finally here for the world to tap into this knowledge!

In this episode, we talk about how crystals support us in healing mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually, which crystals are best for each energy centre of chakra,

• 2:35 - Gemma's journey of awakening, how she discovered her clairvoyance gift and what inspired the book.
• 15:35 - Contextualising the rise of popularity of crystals.
• 22:45 - How to pick a crystal that resonates with us.
• 28.30 - How to program a crystal and set an intention that it will support you with.
• 33:25 - How to re-connect with your intuition through 3 key Chakras or energy centres.
• 38:05 - What to except from The Crystal Apothecary.
• 40:35 - The 4 Clairs of Intuition, monthly discovery classes with Gemma.
