Welcome to a bonus solo episode with your girl Joanna O! With the amount of uncertainty and negative content I have come across in recent weeks, I wanted to take the time to chat to you all and share some uplifting thoughts and ideas for those trying a) navigate the chaotic situation the world is in right now and b) work from home and implement a routine that is the 'new normal'.
In times of uncertainty, we should strive for balance, inner and outer. The inner is what you do for you in the face of adversity, and that’s what’s contagious and perpetuates collective re-balancing and positive outlook!
I think that now more than ever we are invited to remain calm and focused on your inner-peace and wellbeing. So in this episode, I muse on ways we can create those rituals, getting immersed in this new pace and new activities that make us feel grounded and happy and of course the importance of sharing those - because this is what social media is amazing for, sharing inspiration, lifting each other up virtually across the globe!
As a growing community, the Life Tonic podcast audience is here if you want to share, connect, drop a comment or DM or just chat about what's on your mind! Collectively, we can manifest positivity for ourselves but also others!
Stay safe, stay positive, together we can rise, grow and transform!
