We discussed Chris's journey from a kid growing up in Rochester, to college hockey and the pros. We also discussed his decision to leave California to return home to purse his passion with his family, and getting the BK Selects Boy's program off the ground and into the national spotlight! Welcome to Episode # 18 of Chasing Edges! The boys are back after a month long layoff due to our busy schedules. We started the show catching up and discussing Cole's return to Roch as the Islanders took on the Amerks. We also had a brief return of Cole's hair washing debacle. 

We then welcomed on former NHL Defenseman & current Buffalo Sabres player development coach Nathan Paetsch. Paetscher joined us while on vacation in Florida to discuss his playing career (which started out differently than you'd think). We also discussed the reason behind his lengthy 17 year professional career, and his new role as a Player Development role with the Buffalo Sabres.

Welcome to Episode # 16 of Chasing Edges! This weeks episode was special as we welcomed on some family of the pod! Nate's sister joined us this week for an awesome interview! Dr. Emily VanKouwenberg is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon out of New Jersey and she has had a pretty awesome journey to becoming a Surgeon in NYS. She discussed her long journey through Med School, her current role today, as well as telling the boys about some of the long intensive 15+ hour surgeries that she's completed. We did some catching up and opened the show discussing the wild game between the Buffalo Bills & The Kansas City Chiefs! We then got into some New Years Resolutions, as well as Nate discussing how he signed a book deal recently! We finished the show with Cole telling us how he passed out doing the Wim Hof breathing technique before a game! This episode was a ton of fun as we caught up with each other, and got the ball rolling for the rest of Season Two!

We discussed Cole's recent games and some Christmas traditions. This weeks "Cole's Quirk" was absurd to say the least, and it had nothing to do with Cole. Cole's Quirk was about a teammate of his, and we randomly called him live on air!

We then welcomed on former USA Hockey Olympian & former NY Rangers and TB Lightning forward Ryan Callahan. We discussed his career journey through juniors in the OHL, becoming the captain of the Rangers, battling through injuries, and the notorious licking incident!
