Welcome to Episode # 9 of Chasing Edges! This week we wanted to discuss social media, some of the pros & cons. We were lucky enough to be joined by not only a friend of the program, but one of the biggest Buffalo Bills fans and social media legends Brother Bill! We discussed his start into this well known alter ego he's created, and the growth of his social media pages over the last couple of years. We even discussed the amount of time he spends each week creating his content, as well as some cool promotional opportunities that have taken place with companies like Pepsi and others. Welcome to Episode # 8 of Chasing Edges! We opened the show with Cole discussing the upcoming start to his season, which started over the weekend! The Stanley Cup making a trip to Nate's gym thanks to guest & friend Stephen Gionta, as well as Dirty Mike getting into baby crunch time, and Cole bringing his own quirk to the table.

We then jumped into our interview, and this week we sat down with NHL Agents Brian and Scott Bartlett of the Bartlett Hockey Group. We discussed their start into the business. We also went through what the day to day of a professional agent looks like, as well as the process for finding potential future clients! Amongst many other things!

The Bartlett’s have built their company over 35 years and have grown into one of the premier agencies for NHL Players. They did this by just being who they are, which is honest, genuine, and just truly great people! They truly care about their athletes and answer the phone 24/7! Welcome to Episode # 7 of Chasing Edges. This week was a fun one with just the boys. We opened the episode discussing Buffalo Bills social media legend and future guest, Brother Bill. We then touched on Cole's first preseason game with the Islanders, as well as RIT Hockey's season opener. We then got into our main focus, which was on all the different training myths that are out there, with Nate and Cole debunking them. We discussed Cole's start to training camp and his outlook on the rest of camp, along with his mindset going into this year! We then welcomed on Dr. Stephen Gonzalez for a quick interview to discuss the difference between superstitions and routines, along with when athletes go too far with superstitions to the point where it may affect their performance! Welcome to Episode # 5 of Chasing Edges! This week we were joined by former NHLer Scott Nichol! Scotty is currently the General Manager for the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League. He is also the Director of Player Development for the Nashville Predators of the NHL. This week our focus was Attention to Detail!

We opened the show catching up after a week off. Nater is back in the full swing of things, between his gym, school starting back up, and RIT Men's Hockey back at school.
