There are two reasons for this. First, They don't believe they're worth because of beliefs acquired and that they've lost a sense of self or identity crisis. Second, women seek permission from their spouses to refrain from doing or are scared of failing. Because if a person desires change, they make it happen and not tie themselves down. Furthermore, Kayla stated that even in a patriarchal culture, you could make a difference and remember that you are valuable regardless of the circumstances, so stop making excuses.
