Women care about their health. The industry knows that… And it’s profiting from your fear.
There are more supplements than ever - peptides, anti-inflammation, prebiotics, probiotics, bone broth, metabolism “fixes”, reducing your cortisol… and yet women are more confused than ever.
If supplements were the answer to fat loss, wouldn’t we all be sorted by now?
Today I’m talking to Emma, a health, fitness and wealth educator who helps intelligent women stop wasting time, energy and money on wellness bullsh*t.
Stick around to find out:
… and SO much more

Look, I’m fired up in this episode.
If I told you that feeling good about yourself and becoming a healthy version of yourself was simple, would you even believe me?
We’re constantly being sold lies and the ‘easy way out.’
Take the supplement industry - someone reached out to me this week and said that they had been spending $1k a month on supplements and hadn’t noticed any changes.

You can prevent 15 - 20% of bowel cancers through exercise.
Even just walking works to reduce that risk.
But not only that - chemo and cancer related fatigue can be alleviated through exercise too.
I felt all of these benefits when I was going through chemotherapy for Stage 2 Bowel Cancer last year. Yes, some days it was hard - I won’t deny it.
I remember doing a few body squats and needing to rest for a couple minutes each time but you know what? Moving my body in any capacity helped.
So today I wanted to talk to the incredible Molly from Strength Squad - which is dedicated to helping people who have been diagnosed with bowel cancers (from diagnosis to post chemo) start moving their bodies and fight the cancer.
Not only is Molly trained in providing oncology support for cancer patients but you’ll be moving alongside a group of people going through the exact same situation as you. The in person sessions are in South Yarra but Molly is opening up online groups mid March. You can check it out here.

So many people tell me they want to start running.
And then a few weeks later they’re injured, exhausted, or convinced they’re “just not a runner.”
I’ve been there. I still remember heading out for my first 5K thinking I was going to absolutely nail it… and barely making it a few hundred metres before questioning all of my life choices.
Running can feel amazing. It’s been one of the best things I’ve ever done for my mental health. But it can also feel hard, frustrating, and confusing… especially when the internet makes it look effortless.
So today I’ve brought on someone who actually knows what he’s talking about.
I’m chatting with Tim Bliss, a running coach, triathlete, and the mind behind my 16 week marathon plan. We’re chatting about everything from progress, recovery and what to prioritise when you have limited time.
Key moments:
1:26 - The smartest way to start running (and why most people make it harder than it needs to be)
3:134 - The biggest mistakes in the first 4–6 weeks that lead to burnout or injury
8:16 - Why runners plateau even when they’re “training hard” plus a simple test to know if you’re actually improving
10:15 - The first thing to adjust if you want to get faster (without just running more)
13:10 - What separates runners who improve year after year from those who stay stuck
14:27 - Is running twice a week enough to see progress? Here’s how to structure it properly
16:23 - What recovery actually looks like when you have a full-time job (and limited time)
17:18 - The most common running injuries and how strength training can help prevent them
18:46 - Is soreness a good sign… or a red flag?
21:42 - Inside my 16-week marathon plan: what Tim prioritised first
23:20 - Can someone go from beginner to marathon in 16 weeks?
24:03 - How to approach back-to-back marathons without wrecking your body
26:17 - The simplest way to set your next running goal so it feels achievable

Seriously, nobody told us this about moving to Queensland?!
As of recording this, we still don’t have a house so next time you hear from us we might be minus a kidney or have started a OF account. But besides that - a lot has happened..

When everything feels temporary, even the small things start to feel like too much…
Honestly? I thought we’d be more settled.
But now the mum guilt is kicking in and so many thoughts keep creeping in - am I impacting London’s development? Harper just started school… Is she getting enough rest? Am I being a terrible mother?
This is a super open and vulnerable episode, and I think a lot of you are going to resonate.

Bowel cancer in people aged 25-45 is up 260%, and the more I learn… the more I know we cannot keep pretending this is normal.
Today I’m sitting down with Nick “Dougie” Dugmore, winemarker, dad and bowel cancer survivor, whose story has hit 1.3M views for a reason.
Since he started talking openly about his diagnosis - nearly 100 polyps have been found (and removed) in people who went to get checked because of him.
This episode isn’t fear mongering, but what I wish someone had told me sooner.
You’ll hear:
~ The symptoms Nick ignored and why so many young people dismiss them
~ How fear, stress + our emotional state can impact cancer recovery
~ Why Nick believes glyphosate is one of the biggest (and silent) problems affecting our generation
~ What’s actually happening in our food supply from a farmer
~ Alcohol, wine culture and whether a glass of red makes a difference to your health
~ How both of us have reframed our diagnoses and rebuilt our lives post cancer
… and SO much more
If you’ve been putting off getting checked… This is your sign.

Women are doing more than ever, and our health is paying the price for it.
I didn’t think I was going to get cancer - most people don’t. Neither did Clinical Nutritionist Gina Urlich but she was diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer in January 2024.
That’s why I wanted to get Gina on the poddy. To not only talk about her experience with cancer and stress but also to talk about psychoneuroimmunology: the connection between our brain, our immune system and our nervous system.
Stick around to find out:
~ What living through cancer and chronic stress taught us about the real mind–body connection
~ How your thoughts can literally switch your immune system on or off
~ The hidden inflammatory chain reaction happening to overwhelmed women
~ The “healthy” habits that are actually making everything worse
~ How mindset shaped Gina’s cancer treatment response in ways she didn’t expect
~ Is it ever too late to reverse the damage?
~ What your internal dialogue is doing to your immunity every single day
~ The biggest predictor of long-term health (it’s not what you think)
~ What to do when you feel exhausted, inflamed, anxious, and like your body is fighting you
… and SO much more

Life won’t wait - we get one shot - and you are in the driver's seat.
You can Do Hard Things.
I’m Danni Duncan…featured fitness and nutrition coach, author, speaker and mum of 4 amazing kiddies (including twins).
Online I’ve shared it all, my pregnancy journeys, miscarriages, why you SHOULDN’T be eating cereal for breakfast, how to make the perfect sourdough and helping you to see that YOU can do hard things.
The things I’ve said online have often got me into a bit of trouble, and its because I’m not afraid to call people out on their shit … I’m not afraid to discuss taboo topics and I don’t believe that any of us need to live an average life where we do what society is telling us is ‘normal’ … instead its our job to question “Why is that normal?” And is that what we want for our own life?
This podcast is going to be a space where I chat to experts (and share my own thoughts) on WHY we aren’t living our full potential.
Where you can get the facts that will help you to get your happiness, motivation and confidence back.
Taking the first steps can be hard, but I’m here to help you make it a little easier to face your fears and live your best life - every, single, day.
I will make you feel uncomfortable, I will make you think differently but you may just wanna hear it.
If you want to make this year the year that you do something for yourself, you’re in the right space.
