And before you say, “Danni, what do you know about coffee - you only drink green tea!” I used to drink 3x coffees a day before I realised that the calories in the milk were in direct opposition to my fitness goals. So guess what? I stopped drinking coffee, and I haven’t looked back for 10 years.
The negative labels that you put on yourself only serve one purpose: to give you an out as soon as something gets hard. So how do we fix it?
