I’m Danni Duncan, and If you’ve followed me online you’ll know that I’m a featured fitness and nutrition coach, author, speaker and mum of 3 amazing kiddies (including twins).
Online I’ve shared it all, my pregnancy journeys, miscarriages, why you SHOULDN’T be eating cereal for breakfast, how to make the perfect sourdough and helping you to see that YOU can do hard things.
The things I’ve said online have often got me into a bit of trouble, and its because I’m not afraid to call people out on their shit … I’m not afraid to discuss taboo topics and I don’t believe that any of us need to live an average life where we do what society is telling us is ‘normal’ … instead its our job to question “Why is that normal?” And is that what we want for our own life?
This podcast is going to be a space where I chat to experts (and share my own thoughts) on WHY we aren’t living our full potential.
