In this week's episode, previous guest Kirsten Ackerman MS RD joins Julia to discuss when and why intuitive eating may or may not be appropriate for individuals with eating disorders as well as other medical conditions. They discuss the misconceptions about intuitive eating and the pitfalls many people fall into on their path to achieving a better relationship with food.

Many of us think of teenagers when we think of eating disorders, but they happen in adults too! And when that happens, the support team and interventions can look totally different. Christine and Julia dive into how the Catholic Faith in particular can be an incredible source of strength and motivation for those suffering from an eating disorder.
