Michael Ray Lewis is a former atheist, current filmmaker whose most recent documentary "Universe Designed" Delves into questions about the nature of the universe and how it relates to God and Christianity. Lewis's atheism wasn’t rooted in hostility toward God at first, but in unanswered questions. “Questions like, ‘Well, evolution has disproven Christianity,'” and, “‘If there’s an all-loving God, then there wouldn’t be the existence of evil in the world.'” He also struggled with the idea of judgment, saying, “I can’t believe in a God who would send me to an eternal punishment just because I have trouble believing in Him.” With Christians around him unable to address those objections, he drifted deeper into unbelief. He consumed atheist documentaries like Bill Maher’s and the viral film Zeitgeist, which claimed Christianity was a myth copied from pagan religions. He believed both of those documentaries were showing how Christianity wasn’t true. What he didn’t realize then was that many of those claims had long been refuted by historians and scholars. Tonight, he and Brad discuss his latest documentary and how it reveals the truth about God in our lives.

In this unfiltered and deeply confronting episode of The Real Deal Podcast, Abby Johnson and Regan Long pull back the curtain on the modern pro-life movement—and what happens when truth becomes too uncomfortable for the establishment.
Abby shares the shocking response from the March for Life after screening her upcoming documentary Unthinkable—a film featuring three dozen former abortion workers risking everything to expose what really happens inside the abortion industry. While praised as “truthful” and “compelling,” the film was rejected for being too graphic.
That rejection sparks a no-holds-barred conversation about compromise, money, politics, and why many major pro-life organizations may not actually want abortion to end.
This episode dives into:
Why graphic truth is being avoided—even in the pro-life movement
How whistleblowers are risking prison to tell the truth
The uncomfortable reality of “non-profits” that profit from the fight
Why Abby is actively trying to work herself out of a job
How politics, power, and optics are overshadowing urgency
Why “lowering numbers” isn’t the same as ending evil
The spiritual warfare behind exposing what’s hidden
And why a new movement—or total collapse—may be inevitable
This conversation isn’t polished. It isn’t safe. And it isn’t meant to be.
It’s a call to wake up, stop compromising, and ask the hard question:
If the goal is to end abortion, why are so many afraid of the truth?
If this episode challenged you, share it.
If it offended you, sit with it.
And if you’ve been waiting for someone to finally say the quiet part out loud—this one’s for you.
Keep raising your little saints.

If financial stress has left you feeling anxious, ashamed, or trapped, this episode will encourage you and help alleviate some of your fear.
In today’s Faith Over Fear conversation, host Jennifer Slattery sits down with Todd Moore, Director of Education at Trinity Debt Management, to talk honestly about financial fear, scarcity mindsets, and the emotional weight money struggles carry—especially in today’s economy.
Todd shares his powerful story of growing up with scarcity, accumulating debt as a first-generation college student, and eventually discovering that financial hardship doesn’t define your future. Together, Jennifer and Todd explore why money anxiety impacts our sense of safety, how past trauma can intensify present fear, and why struggling financially is far more common—and far less shameful—than many realize.
You’ll also hear practical, grace-filled encouragement for anyone who feels overwhelmed or stuck, including:
Why financial hardship doesn’t mean you’ve failed
How fear affects the brain—and why support matters
Small, doable steps you can take right now to regain clarity
How God’s compassion meets us in seasons of financial uncertainty
Why asking for help can be the turning point toward freedom
If you’re facing job loss, debt, rising expenses, or lingering fear rooted in past instability, this episode offers both biblical reassurance and practical hope.

Today’s Bible Verse: “When he hesitated, the men grasped his hand and the hands of his wife and of his two daughters and led them safely out of the city, for the Lord was merciful to them.” — Genesis 19:16 (NIV)
Genesis 19:16 is a powerful picture of God’s mercy in motion. Even when Lot hesitated, unsure or slow to respond, the Lord’s compassion did not waver. God didn’t wait for perfect faith or flawless obedience—He stepped in and led them to safety.
