Mala Thapar is on a mission Each one- Educate One, on Anti-Sexual Harassment. After working in the corporate world for 25 years, she decided to work for a cause that is anti-sexual harassment and Anti- Child Abuse because no place is immune to these malices. 

She strongly believes that  if 100 crore people have supported and got  vaccinated to fight against corona then it surely requires everyone's support to fight against the said malices also.

Mala is the founder & CEO of Independent Minds, LLP. She is a consultant with ICMAI and State president Haryana – Anti-Sexual Harassment Council, Wicci. She is also on board as an independent director of a couple of organizations and a visiting faculty member. She has authored a book with a case study so that everyone who is not well versed with anti-sexual harassment law can understand and contribute to building a safer India. Marching ahead on her mission, she has spread awareness of Anti- Sexual harassment to 7000 people so far.
