    Profile of Mr. Amit Choudhary in his own words..... A graduate in Physic Honours and MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, I have 24 years’ experience in Human Resource management in diverse sectors and industries. I started my Career with the public sector behemoth Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) where I performed in various roles starting from Factory HR and IR to Business and Corporate HR roles. After 18 years with SAIL, I moved to private sector and have worked in large conglomerates like Adani Group and Larsen & Toubro in leadership roles. My special skills and interests lie in the domains of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits and Policies.
    I have a more than passing interest in keeping myself abreast of matters related to World Affairs, Politics & Current Events as well as Sports particularly Cricket, Soccer and Tennis. I have a passion for reading books on variety of subjects – History, Politics, Management, Human Behaviour and Fiction with the literary fiction genre being my favourite and someday I hope to write one.

Mr Bawa is always ready to share all encompassing business tools at his disposal and over a period of time his public speaking have rippled a new wave of enthusiasm amongst the business thinker and aviation professionals and experts.
    During his tenure with AIrports Authority of India and AERA (Airport Economy Regulatory Authority) and Senior Management Groups, Shri Bawa contributed extensively towards businesses and administrative reforms and also participated in the High Level Meetings on Management with the Government, Parliament Committees, National and International Committees including representing India at ICAO Meetings , an UN Body, and at other professional platforms and trade organisations and public shows.
     
    Over the course of four decades of his wide spread career his activities included setting up of statistical systems, MIS, computerization, Designing & Conducting Passenger Opinion Surveys, O&D Surveys, OR Surveys.  On the international front the image building of the organization was bestowed upon him during his tenure as Head of the PR Department and he is known for his effective delivery .
