John Gretton Willink, or commonly known as "Jocko" Willink, is a former United States Navy officer who served in the Navy SEALs as the commander of SEAL Team 3's Task Unit Bruiser.

Willink fought in the battle against the Iraqi insurgents in Ramadi and was awarded with the Silver Star and Bronze Star medals, and promoted to the rank of lieutenant commander. After retiring from the army, Jocko has become an American author, podcaster, and a motivational speaker who has inspired millions of people with his story.

Willink co-authored the books Extreme Ownership and The Dichotomy of Leadership with fellow retired SEAL Leif Babin, and co-founded Echelon Front, a management consulting firm who provides leadership courses, strategic advising and workshops, with a mission of building and training high-performance winning teams.

According to the official National Basketball Association website, Michael Jordan, also known by his initials MJ, is the acclaimed greatest basketball player of all time, who popularised the NBA around the world in the 80s and 90s, becoming a global cultural icon in the process.

At present, Jordan still holds the highest PER or Player Efficiency Rating in NBA history, holding a number of 27.91, succeeded by Lebron James with a 27.39 rating. Michael's sustained excellence by reputation and analytics has been very difficult to argue against. Jordan has 10 scoring titles, 5 League MVPs and 6 NBA Finals. He was also recognised as the first player ever to win an NBA MVP and Defensive Player of the Year in the same season. Jordan was the only guard in NBA history to have a record of 200 steals, and 100 blocks in one season.

Henry Ford had a global vision of making transportation practical and affordable. This led to developing the moving assembly line and mass production techniques of the automotive industry, which set the standard for worldwide industrial practice in the first half of the 20th century.  

Henry Ford soon introduced the Model T, which put the world on wheels with a simple, affordable and durable automobile, which became one of the best-selling vehicles of all time, and arguably the most famous car in the world.

Visionary entrepreneur Elon Musk, was born and raised in South Africa to electro-mechanical engineer father Errol, and dietitian mother Maye. Elon spent time in Canada with his mother before finally moving to the US to study at the University of Pennsylvania to get a degree in Physics. After graduation, Musk transformed to become a serial tech entrepreneur after founding Zip2 and X.com.
