Dreams & Visions-Good relationship with parents-

(Luke 2:48-51 NIV)

His parents didn’t know what to think. “Son,” his mother said to him, “why have you done this to us? Your father and I have been frantic, searching for you everywhere.” (49) “But why did you need to search?” he asked. “Didn’t you know that I must be in my Father’s house?” (49) Or “Didn’t you realize that I should be involved with my Father’s affairs?” (50) But they didn’t understand what he meant. (51) Then he returned to Nazareth with them and was obedient to them. And his mother stored all these things in her heart.

1.Jesus put God (God's will) first

-There was a difference between what Jesus thought and what his parents thought

When his parents saw him, they were astonished. His mother said to him, “Son, why have you treated us like this? Your father and I have been anxiously searching for you.”　(49) “Why were you searching for me?” he asked. “Didn’t you know I had to be in my Father’s house?” (50) But they did not understand what he was saying to them.

Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.

And everyone who has given up houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or property, for my sake, will receive a hundred times as much in return and will inherit eternal life.

The boy appeared to be dead. A murmur ran through the crowd as people said, “He’s dead.” (27) But Jesus took him by the hand and helped him to his feet, and he stood up.

When they arrived at the house, Jesus allowed only Peter, John, and Jacob-along with the child's parents-to go inside. [52] Jesus told those left outside, who were sobbing and wailing with grief, "Stop crying. She is not dead; she's just asleep and must be awakened." [53] They laughed at him, knowing for certain that she had died.

3.Experiences make truth as and habits come alive.

Jesus approached the body, took the girl by her hand, and called out with a loud voice, "My sleeping child, awake! Rise up!" [55-56] Instantly her spirit returned to her body and she stood up. Jesus directed her stunned parents to give her something to eat and ordered them not to tell anyone what just happened.

3.経験が真実を

「しかしイエスが手を取り、「さあ、起きなさい」と呼びかけると、 (55)その瞬間、娘は生き返り、すぐに起き上がったのです。イエスは何か食べさせるようにと言いつけられました。 (56)あまりのことに、両親が驚いていると、イエスはこのことをだれにも話さないように堅く口止めなさいました。」

正しい行いをすることに疲れ果ててしまわないようにしましょう。失望せず、あきらめずにいれば、やがて祝福を刈り取る日が来るからです。

God knows where you belong

If you are able to believe, all things are possible to the believer.” (24) When he heard this, the boy’s father cried out with tears, saying, “I do believe, Lord; help my little faith!” (25) Now when Jesus saw that the crowd was quickly growing larger, he commanded the demon, saying, “Deaf and mute spirit, I command you to come out of him and never enter him again!” (26) The demon shrieked and threw the boy into terrible seizures and finally came out of him! As the boy lay there, looking like a corpse, everyone thought he was dead. (27) But Jesus stooped down, gently took his hand, and raised him up to his feet, and he stood there completely set free!

What do you do when you’re disappointed?

One of the men in the crowd spoke up and said, “Teacher, I brought my son so you could heal him. He is possessed by an evil spirit that won’t let him talk. 18 And whenever this spirit seizes him, it throws him violently to the ground. Then he foams at the mouth and grinds his teeth and becomes rigid.[a] So I asked your disciples to cast out the evil spirit, but they couldn’t do it.” (19) Jesus said to them, “You faithless people! How long must I be with you? How long must I put up with you? Bring the boy to me.” (20) So they brought the boy. 3.Jesus see the faith, and will do miracles

A delay on the way to a miracle

1.The desperation of Jairus?

Then one of the synagogue leaders, named Jairus, came, and when he saw Jesus, he fell at his feet. (23) He pleaded earnestly with him, “My little daughter is dying. Please come and put your hands on her so that she will be healed and live.” (24) So Jesus went with him.

3.Jesus sets the scenery for a miracle 

(Mark 5:34-40 NIV)

He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering.” (35) While Jesus was still speaking, some people came from the house of Jairus, the synagogue leader. “Your daughter is dead,” they said. “Why bother the teacher anymore?” (36) Overhearing what they said, Jesus told him, “Don’t be afraid; just believe.” (37) He did not let anyone follow him except Peter, James and John the brother of James. (38) When they came to the home of the synagogue leader, Jesus saw a commotion, with people crying and wailing loudly. (39) He went in and said to them, “Why all this commotion and wailing? The child is not dead but asleep.” (40) But they laughed at him. After he put them all out, he took the child’s father and mother and the disciples who were with him, and went in where the child was.

When Jesus entered the synagogue leader’s house and saw the noisy crowd and people playing pipes, (24) he said, “Go away. The girl is not dead but asleep.” But they laughed at him.

He took her by the hand and said to her, “Talitha koum!” (which means “Little girl, I say to you, get up!”). (42) Immediately the girl stood up and began to walk around (she was twelve years old). At this they were completely astonished. (43) He gave strict orders not to let anyone know about this, and told them to give her something to eat.

1.ヤイロの必死さ

そこへ、その地方の会堂管理人で、ヤイロという名の人が来て、イエスの前にひれ伏しました。(23)娘を助けてほしいというのです。「先生。私の娘が死にかけています。まだ、ほんの子どもなのに……。どうぞ、娘の上に手を置き、治してやってください。」(24)そこで、イエスはヤイロといっしょに出かけました。群衆は押し合いへし合い、イエスについて行きます。

2.他の人からくる遅れ

その中に、出血の止まらない病気で十二年間も苦しみ続けてきた女がいました。

その途中、十二年間も出血の止まらない病気で苦しんでいた一人の女が、人ごみにまぎれて、うしろからイエスの着物のふさにさわりました。

3.イエスが奇跡のための場面を整えた

(マルコ 5:34-40 JCB)

イエスは言われました。「娘さん。あなたの信仰があなたを治したのです。もう大丈夫です。いつまでも元気でいるのですよ。」(35)こう話しておられる時、ヤイロの家から使いの者が来て、娘は死んでしまったので、来ていただいても手遅れだと伝えました。(36)しかしイエスは、ヤイロに言われました。「恐れてはいけません。ただわたしを信じなさい。」(37)イエスは群衆をその場にとどまらせ、ペテロとヤコブとヨハネのほかは、だれもついて来ることをお許しになりませんでした。(38)ヤイロの家に着くと、だれもかれも取り乱し、大声で泣いたり、わめいたり、たいへんな騒ぎになっています。これを見たイエスは、(39)中に入り、「なぜ、そんなに取り乱しているのですか。子どもは死んだのではありません。ただ眠っているだけです」と言われました。 (40)それを聞いた人々は、イエスをあざ笑いました。しかし、イエスはみなを家の外に出すと、娘の両親と三人の弟子だけを連れて、娘のいる部屋に入られました。

さて、イエスが会堂管理人の家に着くと、人々であふれ返り、弔いの音楽が聞こえてきます。(24)そこでイエスは、「さあ、この人たちを外に出しなさい。娘さんは死んではいません。ただ眠っているだけです」と言われました。それを聞くと、みんなはイエスをあざ笑いました。

4.「タリタ・クム」お嬢ちゃん、起き上がって

(マルコ 5:41-43 JCB)

そして娘の手を取り、「さあ、起きなさい」と声をかけました。(42)するとどうでしょう。少女はすぐに起き上がり、歩き始めたではありませんか〔娘はこの時、十二歳でした〕。両親は、ただあっけにとられています。(43)イエスは、このことを決して口外しないようにときびしくお命じになってから、少女に何か食べさせるように言われました。
