In this episode, I'm joined by Sarah Malone, owner of Spark: The Secret Place—a holistic healing collective dedicated to helping you overcome emotional, relational, and spiritual blocks. Sarah also appeared on TLC’s 90 Day: The Last Resort, where she helped couples navigate relationship challenges.
The focus of this episode is on identifying the signs of narcissistic abuse, what steps to take to gain freedom, and the resources available to get help. Narcissistic relationships can follow us throughout our lives if we don't recognize the signs and break the cycle.
As a clinical hypnotherapist and spiritual teacher, Sarah uniquely blends therapy with spirituality in a refreshingly straightforward way. She gained recognition as a holistic therapist on a reality TV show and is the author of Affirmations for a Peaceful Life. Featured in P.O.W.E.R. magazine and Yahoo Finance, she also hosts her own podcast, Ignite the Spark Within. Known as “The Real Deal” in the healing community, Sarah leads transformational retreats and workshops, striving to bring more of heaven to earth.

Legal Ramifications of Triangulation and Smear Campaigns
Did you know that, legally, a coordinated smear campaign often falls under the scope of a civil conspiracy?
In civil law, a conspiracy is defined as an agreement between two or more parties to commit an unlawful act—or to use unlawful means to achieve an objective—that results in actual harm to the victim. It is an incredibly powerful legal tool because it means everyone who participated in the planning is held jointly liable for the damage, even those who only pulled strings from behind the scenes.
Further, if this coordinated campaign is brought into a home you own, it is a direct violation of your right to quiet enjoyment of your property. By law, it does not matter if a co-owner is participating in the conspiracy; you still hold an equal, protected right to occupy and enjoy your home.
Tactics like intentional isolation, severe emotional distress, and illegal "ousters"—such as changing the locks or locking you out of your own property—are highly illegal. Attempting to bait you or incite your anger to manufacture a reaction is a common trap, but these actions are fully actionable and subject to severe liability under property and civil tort laws.
Rather than reacting to their provocations, choose to gather irrefutable evidence. Record video. I highly recommend using discreet tech like Meta glasses for this. Keep a meticulous, dated written log, and safely document any witnesses to the behavior. Knowing the law is a shield; it can preserve your peace of mind and hold those who tried to pressure, harm, and ruin your life fully accountable.
Below, I’ve listed vetted legal resources you can reach out to right now to have your case and evidence evaluated.
