Jesus is the good shepherd who will not abandon his sheep. He knows them, and they know him. They constitute one flock for whom he willingly laid down his life.

Hear the voice of your shepherd and follow him, for he will guard you and protect you; and from his presence flows abundant life.

Jesus' miracles are not just supernatural events, they are signs pointing to him as the sent one. He opens the eyes of the blind and closes the eyes of those who say they can see.

The task of being a shepherd of a local church is both a privilege and a burden. It calls for alertness, diligence, and Christlikeness.

Jesus of Nazareth transcends time. He was in existence before Abraham; he existed as the Incarnate Son, and he exists now and forevermore.

You are either a free son of God, or a slave to sin; tthe difference is revealed in whether your faith is in Jesus Christ or in yourself, this world, your religion, or anything else on which you depend.

Faith in Jesus saves us. Lack of faith leads to dying in one's sins.

If we walk in the light of Christ we will find that we see everything more clearly.

Jesus is no fool. He understood human sexual sin, and he understood human manipulation. He has great insight, great wisdom, and great compassion. He also has great expectations for those who follow him. Go, and sin no more!

The gift of the Holy Spirit and abundant life through him is given to all who come and drink from Jesus...come, therefore, and drink!
