I wanted to ask him about separating his work and ‘life’ relationships as well as his views on what the bible can teach us about mental health.

I wanted to hear about Molly’s experience of becoming something of a spokesperson for other junior doctors in her situation through an ongoing whirlwind of media attention.

In this third episode I talk to writer, poet and mental health campaigner Seb Ward @porteous52

I wanted to hear about his experiences with mental health and his journey with BDD (body dysmorphic disorder) as well as his recent campaigns to raise money for CALM (campaign against living miserably). https://everpress.com/calm-fundraiser-boys-cry-too

Seb was kind enough to perform some of his spoken word poetry, entitled ‘Stand Down’ which is very relevant to the discussions around male mental health.

We also ended up talking about identity, moobs, masculinity, body image, poetry, suicide, depression and grief.
