This week on the show I've just returned from my weekend in Sturgis. I tell all the exciting adventures I had with one of my best friends as he experienced his first rally. I also talk about staying in touch with your friends, the Olympics, and House of the Dragon.

This week on the podcast I talk about doing the things you've been putting of or making excuses not to do. Don't wait to do what you want when you can do it now. I also give a passionate rant about how much I hate the heat, the new Deadpool movie, and recap my birthday weekend which almost included a fight!

It's my birthday week here on the podcast and this year I will be celebrating my golden birthday. To celebrate I lay out some facts about the year and day of my birth as well as give a list of all my favorite things. I also talk about the eruption at Yellowstone, Kamala Harris being named the Democratic nominee, and the Olympics.

This week I talk about questioning everything. Some things are not as they appear and it's important to look deeper and search for the truth. I put on my tinfoil hat and dive into some conspiracy theories surrounding the Trump assassination attempt and the election as a whole. I also break down ESPNs recent top 100 athletes list.

This week I talk about being mindful of your time. It's the most valuable thing we have so it's important to take stock and not waste it. I also talk about the assassination attempt on Donald Trump, Sketch's OnlyFans leak, and whether I want to get in shape or accept that I'm a fat guy now.

This week I recap my trip to Portland Oregon and let me just say it exceeded my expectations. My trip was spent over the 4th of July and for a wedding and I learned a lot in those few days. I learned how refreshing it is to get out of your normal routine, was reminded how awesome Mexican culture is, and realized I'll never be apricated properly on an airplane. I also have officially entered the ranks of rock star after our recent show.

Happy Independence Day! This week we're celebrating annual our 4th of July special. I discuss the upcoming election and break down the recent debate between Trump and Biden. I also watch funny political ads, play American history trivia, and chow down on on hot dogs.

My guest this week has been a figure in the Billings community for a long time. He is the singer and front man of the band Repeat Offenders who have performed at many large city events. We talk about what goes through our heads when performing on stage, how to keep a bands image fresh, and working together to make the best music possible.
