Life's A Garden

My guests this week are the lead guitar player and bass player for the band Pressureknot. They are both legends in the local music scene having played in numerus successful bands. We talk about performing live, song writing, and the non music side of being in a band.

My guests this week are current and former bar service members. We dive into some recent controversies in the local bar scene and give our hot takes on it all. We also share stories about their coworkers and wild nights seen at the bar.

This week I talk about not making extra problems in your life that are unnecessary. Life gives us enough problems, we don't need to add to it. I also talk about my softball league starting up, the Tom Brady roast, and the college protests.

We've made it to 200 episodes and to celebrate I've invited my family to join me on this grand occasion. We share memories both fond and embarrassing, highlight recent accomplishments and interests, as well as play a few games including a coffee blind taste test and "Who's More Likely To?"

This week we take a second and breathe. Life can be stressful and overwhelming at times, but it can also be beautiful. Sometimes you just have to stop and breath to realize it. I recap my incredible weekend in Denver including seeing my musical idol at Red Rocks, rink side at the Avalanche game, and nearly missing my flight home. All that followed by a trip down memory lane with some old friends!

I'm back after a two week hiatus! I explain the reason for my absence which comes along with some real personal revelations. After that we play catch up on everything I've missed over the past few weeks including OJ Simpson passing, the eclipse, and the siamese twins getting married.

This week we're talking about competition. To be competitive in your life can only raise you to a higher level, especially when the competition is against yourself. It's a lot of sports talk today including UFC 300 predictions, WrestleMania, March Madness, NBA, and NHL. There's about ten minutes of non sports talk though.

Happy Easter everyone. This week I talk about practicing what you preach. I talk a lot about being a good person and recently was given the opportunity to put that into practice. I also talk about the latest P Diddy accusations, the Baltimore bridge collapse, and find out which celebrities I would smash in the ultimate tournament showdown!

This week I talk about forgiving yourself for your mistakes after feeling down on myself for dumb decisions. When life gets you down it's important to remember that "this to shall pass". I also talk about the Nickelodeon documentary, March Madness bracket, and making sequels to classic movies.

This week we're saying fuck it and going with the flow! Might be a little intoxicated in this one but you know what, fuck it! I also talk about St. Patrick's Day weekend, NFL free agency, and the Chick-Fil-A girl.
