Dr. William Attaway is a Leadership and Executive Coach for Catalytic Leadership, LLC, a company he founded to help leaders INTENTIONALLY grow and thrive. He has served in local church ministry for over 25 years, and is currently the Lead Pastor of Southview Community Church, where he has served since 2004. Dr. Attaway holds a Ph.D. in Old Testament (with an emphasis in Biblical Backgrounds and Archaeology), he loves to read and speak about leadership, organizational change, and building up people and teams. 

 In January of 2022 he released his newest book is Catalytic Leadership. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, currently living in northern Virginia with his beautiful wife Charlotte and their two daughters.

Kevin Roth began to play the dulcimer in 1972 at the old age of thirteen and at sixteen recorded his first album which immediately launched him into international fame. His career took him to concert and symphony stages around the world, radio and television shows, including two appearances at the White House. 

Life was good, until it wasn’t; when in 2016, along came an unexpected diagnosis of Stage Three Melanoma which has forever changed the trajectory of Kevin’s life. Through adapting and combining techniques from his music and performance practice with others he researched, Kevin found a simple and powerful method to change how he lived. He developed his own philosophy of mindful- awareness and created an action plan that changed his life from living in fear, stress, and depression to one of clarity, success, and optimum health.
