Can you imagine being induced into a coma after sustaining a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and getting a predicted 20% chance of survival or 'good recovery' at just 19 years old?
Today we have Sophie joining us who experienced a freak horse related accident at the end of her first year at uni which resulted in her sustaining a Traumatic Brain Injury. Neurologists predicted that if she came out the other side, she’d have a slim chance of walking, talking, studying, let alone riding her horse again.
