It's another episode of how to make life your bitchhhhh!!!!! Meaning its an episode where anything goes, you guys send in topics, advice Qs, and dilemmas and we get chatting. There's a big variety in today's episode so hopefully something resonates. Enjoy the ep :)
Ooof, big topic. This topic was inspired by a recent therapy session and has ended being up my fave topic to date. Something I don't hear a lot of people talk about, how social media has affected our communication and connection with others. This one gets a little deep so buckle up and enjoy!
I don't know how it's taken me over a year to think of this video. It's a very simple one. Here are all the ways I look after myself, mostly mentally, both on a day-to-day basis and when I need some extra TLC. Enjoy! Let me know how you look after yourself !:)

one whole year of the podcast! this whole podcast is based on the idea of 'changing the narrative', it was my first ever ep so im back one year later sharing my thoughts on the same topic. the topic is still so important to me so it was so fun to listen to the first ep and reflect on a year of growth & share my new thoughts.
a huge thank you for supporting me chatting about all things wellness and self growth for a whole year! i love u the most x
As someone who lives alone and absolutely loves it my most asked question is how do I not get lonely? So in todays episode we talk all about just that! I answer all of your questions on being 'alone but never lonely' & we chat about fomo, how to enjoy time alone, how to make sure you're not spending too much time alone, why its so important to be able to be alone and SO much more!
Enjoy:)
