I started my business because . . . I was tired of the Corporate World and all of the related politics and bureaucracy.

The thing I enjoy most about my business is . . . helping my clients.

The biggest surprise for me as a business person is . . .How hard it is to find good employees.

One question people should ask me is . . . "Have you climbed any mountains lately?"

My older self would coach my younger self to . . . only stress about what you can control.

One thing I wish I knew when I was younger is . . . how important it is to enjoy what you do.

In my current position I am responsible for. . . oversight of the sales channel, which includes direct sales, agent recruiting, strategic partnerships, and ISV Integration.

The thing I enjoy most about my work is . . . the culture and the people. We have a great team.

The biggest surprise for me as a businessman is . . . that nobody is using content creation and digital marketing for sales.

One question people should ask me is . . . "Why is payments so fascinating to you?"

My older self would coach my younger self to . . . read, wake up early, avoid eating grains, save money.

One thing I wish I knew when I was younger is . . . that I was going to lose my hair really early. I would have rocked some legit hairstyles while I still could.sds

One thing I wish I knew when I was younger is . . . you aren't as limited by your gender as you think you are. Keep knocking on doors and the right ones will open.

Warning: This story will bring tears to your eyes. Steve Riach has been in the film industry creating stories for decades. His current project, One Heart, is much more than a heartwarming story.

One Heart is a film and a project that is transforming lives – lives for generations. Based on a true story of a football game between two vastly different high school teams: one school is private; the other school is a prison. Steve began this journey to create and share a great story, only to discover a much greater purpose and opportunity to change lives, build collaboration and create real change.

I started my business and making movies because . . . I wanted to change the world through storytelling.

The thing I enjoy most about my business/making movies is . . . two things: 1) working in a

collaborative environment with great people to accomplish something that is bigger than all of us; 2) the creative process of developing a story or project that can engage people, cause them to think, and potentially impact them.

The biggest surprise for me as a business owner/film maker is . . . how expensive everything is.

One question people should ask me is . . . what are all the mistakes you made (to date) and what have you learned from them?

One thing I wish I knew when I was younger is . . . to invest more time making good deposits into people – it is the most important thing we can do and brings the greatest return.

Dr. Joey Kramer didn't wake up one morning and decide to be a chiropractor. He went on a discovery journey to find his passion. In this journey, he has used the difficult places in life to grow personally to find a way to help and heal his patients. A man with a generous heart, Joey serves those who have lost hope due to chronic pain and is restoring hope and health.

At 14 years old, Keith Brown started his first online business. He has learned the art of mixing technology and creativity. Today, Keith leads the marketing team for a company that is completely distributed. There is no corporate office. They all work remote. The desire to get out and collaborate with people is what originally brought Keith to LIFT.

"I aspire to be a great leader and a great servant of other people, more so than a manager. I think great people don't need management. They need people to help them get things out of the way and remove barriers for them to do their job really well."

I started my business because . . . I wanted a way to combine my specialties and loves of media, marketing, and connecting with people. My agency does all of that and helps connect people to their ideal clients in a meaningful and profitable way.

The thing I enjoy most about my business is . . . the human element. The one-to-one connection to my client. That's the fun part - getting to know that person who happens to be a prospect and building that relationship further as they transition to being a client.

The biggest surprise for me as a business owner is . . . my lack of focus and meaningful action even when driven to do both inside. My biggest frustration point with myself.

One question people should ask me is . . . "How do I tell my story?", because that's where I can help them the most and what I enjoy doing for them.

One thing I wish I knew when I was younger is . . . the exponential power of building a network. It's been the most transformational aspect of my business and personal life over the last three years.
