The consequences of a Democratic Legislature and Democratic Governor are stark and dismal with the prospect of a wealth tax, real estate transfer tax, loss of school choice and the elimination of the Right to Work. Outside activist groups are spending billions to flip the legislature and institute a jungle primary system under the misnomer of “Make Elections Fair”. Chris and Sean dive into why they think this was an unforced error by the Harris campaign and she would have been better picking Gov. Josh Shapiro from Pennsylvania. They then turn to Arizona’s primary election from last week to talk about winners and losers and how there is a measurable enthusiasm gap between Democrats and Republicans. The attempted assassination of Donald Trump was horrific and then immediately inspiring. Chris and Sean talk about Trump’s reaction and what it means for his future and legacy. July 15, 2024 An historic Supreme Court term
The most recent term of the Supreme Court was historic in the impact that some of the decisions will have in the future. Chris and Sean review the Presidential immunity decision, the overturning of Chevron v. Natural Resources Defense Council, and the limitation placed on agency to issue fines without a jury decision. Of these, the Chevron decision will have the most impact on Americans, as it greatly curtails the power of the administrative state and will require Congress to be more specific with their intentions when they write legislation. Chris and Sean also discuss how the presidential immunity case should have been a 9-0 ruling, and how the make-up of the court could impact the United States for years to come.

July 11, 2024 Time for Joe Biden To Resign the Presidency
Who is running the country?! Joe Biden is in the stages of dementia or Parkinson’s with the First Lady, Jill Biden, obviously calling the shots from behind the Oval Office Chair while digging her finger nails into the opulent carpet refusing to leave. July 09, 2024 Biden blows it, but is holding on
Chris and Sean get back together for the first episode after Biden’s disastrous debate performance. In what most people thought was a fatal performance, Biden has proven to be a fighter in making it clear that he isn’t going anywhere. The guys break it all down and point out that this is not the end of Biden’s trouble, because his health and cognitive ability is not going to get better - it’s just a matter of time before he has another “episode” and then we’ll see what happens. The bottom line is that this is history in the making and very serious.
