My heart goes out to all of the people in California suffering from evacuations and devastating loss of homes and material goods which support sustained living. To our first responders, leaders, government officials, and those of status, I am praying for you. For those who are in need of some understanding as to why we are facing natural disasters in our world, please listen. Perhaps the answer is right in front of us.

Let's talk about it. Here. Now. Sex. It's human–it's how we all arrived on the planet. If there are so many of us, why aren't we all having the conversation? It's time to talk about S–E–X.

As the New Earth begins to shift into a new paradigm, we are confronted with the choices from our past and decisions for our future. While the past no longer exists, what does exist, is how we view our past and come to terms with our actions. Finding peace, restoring confidence, and offering forgiveness will support the journey as we head into newer, evolved versions of ourselves. We have typically been taught as a society to be on the constant "go" in terms of our career, partnerships, and serving a hustle mentality. Yet, who is this truly serving? In moments of consistency and tenacity for our dreams to come true, we must first become clear on those dreams by allowing ourselves to grant permission to become still to hear the answers only we know within. Clarity will come, so we must remain patient. As uncomfortable as it may be, it will require us to do absolutely nothing to remain in the silence and stillness in a world of rapid change.

Throughout the meditation, you will be offered empowering affirmations, a direct connection with your spirit team, and have the freedom to become curious about your idea of what Heaven may be for you. As I navigate out of my 20's this year, I am understanding more and more of how vital it is to express oneself in manners which invoke reflection–and encouragement–for others. The root of all of our operating comes from one place in our being: our thoughts. 

Sometimes, what feels good is to release and express whatever is happening on the inside. Normally, I might go to a friend or family member–perhaps someone in a licensed counsel. In this moment, I tuned into myself to tune in with you. From everything I'm experiencing as a human, I keep the friendly reminder tucked somewhere deep within echoing: "it's okay."

Creative, spiritual being, Yanina Goldstein, joins me on Light Talk to ask one simple question–for our leaders: What are you doing? In this conversation, it feels like a call-to-action, more so for those of us sitting at home dealing with what's happening in our cultural climate. This includes the recent mass shootings, rights of women being stripped away, and threats of removing rights for our LGBTQIA+ community. In modern society, it can be scary, yet, it's not over. We still have a chance to make things right with the world, humanity, included.

Brandon Kneefel perhaps may be most recognized via reality TV on the first, true gay reality series of the time, Finding Prince Charming, by Logo TV. Aside from his television appearance as one of the bachelors vying for the heart of one man, he has ever since stormed social media with his tenacity for helping others level up in the Queer community. Kneefel opens up about his need to be "spiritually fit", his freedom in embracing forgiveness for his parents, and gushes over his joy of finding his personal knowing of a higher power which aided him through homelessness, addiction, and ultimately–acceptance.

Joined with me is good friend and Yoga Practitioner, Kris Daza-Taylor, of Heart on Fire Yoga. Kris, who identifies as Girl+, shares their journey from the genesis of childhood being raised by a gay parent to accepting themselves acknowledging all aspects of their expression–both masculine and feminine. Daza-Taylor addresses the present conflict arising now in adulthood in regards to how gender is perceived and being discovered within the self. From feeling lost to navigating being found, this episode is for everyone who has ever felt limited by the outer judgements of the world.
