Are you a sensitive soul feeling "deadened" by an internal winter and looking for the courage to not give up?
Hello dear soul, and welcome to the Lightbearer’s Library. As an INFP and/or highly sensitive person (HSP), it can feel like the cold snowy winter outside is reflecting how we feel inside—sort of deadened and lethargic. In this journal entry, I share my personal struggle with these heavy feelings and why I’m using a simple children’s book, "The Carrot Seed", as 'emotional first aid' to help me not give up.
We explore how child-like faith is a powerful form of resistance and a courageous refusal to give up on our dreams. Whether it’s choosing a new creative hobby, practicing stillness, or setting boundaries with technology, these are the small seeds that create big changes. It’s time to refuse the chaos and trust that our internal springtime is coming. Just like the little boy in the story, we can plant our vision today and know that, eventually, it will come up. Only don't give up!
✨ What is one "small seed" you are planting for your own personal springtime? (Or just leave a 🌿 to let me know you're planting seeds of hope with me!)

🌿 About 🌿
Welcome to the Lightbearer’s Library. A quiet space for sensitive souls.
If the world feels too loud. if you feel things deeply. If you’ve ever wondered if you’re “too much”—you’re not alone.
I share video journal entries exploring the inner world of INFPs and Highly Sensitive People (HSPs)—each one offering wisdom for navigating life’s quieter, deeper path.
I’ve been a full-time YouTuber since 2017 (Hack Music Theory—250K subscribers), but this space is different. Slower. More personal. It’s about a shared journey of becoming.
My perspective is shaped by living social-media-free for 10+ years—choosing inner wisdom over the algorithm. I believe in exploring meaning beyond traditional structures, trusting our intuition, and finding peace within ourselves.
Stay for a while.
XOXO,
Kate Harmony
Are you missing the early warning signs that your sensitive body is sending you before you hit a meltdown? In this journal entry, we explore how our body often knows we’re overwhelmed long before our mind catches up, and how we can use "emotional first aid" to find our way back to a calm state of being.
Hello dear soul, and welcome to the Lightbearer's Library. As INFPs and/or HSPs, we have no control over the outer chaos of the world, but we can learn to manage the chaos within. In this episode we talk about cultivating awareness as a form of inner detective work.
Is it a tight waistband, a fearful headline, or a chaotic person causing your agitation? By catching these physical and emotional signals early, we can stop the downward spiral before it hits meltdown territory.
✨ What is one early warning sign your body gives you when you're starting to feel overwhelmed?

We were not born to waste our lives scrolling. I believe we came here to create.
Dear INFPs and/or fellow highly sensitive persons (HSPs), are you feeling the weight of the world, stuck in an over-stimulated loop of headlines, compassion fatigue, and sensory overload? Well then, this journal entry is a wake-up call to protect your life force from the numbing drain of the scroll!
Our true purpose isn't about consuming the world. It’s about being creative beings who bring beauty and light into reality. One of our biggest obstacles is "inhaling" too much information until we feel suffocated. So let’s dive in and find our creative "exhale". It doesn’t have to be the usual creative activities, but can be simple, accessible things like cooking or journaling, or crocheting dishcloths (which is my favourite)!
Choosing to create is the most courageous way to process the heavy emotions we face these days, and I hope this journal entry gives you the permission to reclaim your life force from the machine!
✨ I’m curious, what’s one small thing your soul is calling you to create today? Share it below!

If you are a sensitive soul feeling exhausted by the weight of the world, this video reveals why being "available" keeps your nervous system on high alert and is actually blocking the deep rest you need to recover.
Hello dear soul, and welcome to the Lightbearer's Library. In this journal entry, we explore how constant digital noise creates a sense of exhaustion and emotional overwhelm for INFPs and HSPs. Are you tired of that immediate surge of anxiety whenever your phone dings?
To protect our energy, we must create a sanctuary—a quiet space with a warm drink and a journal—where the chaos of the world cannot reach us. I share the practical boundaries I’ve used as a digital minimalist over the last eight years, including "flight mode" and deleting draining social media apps. Learn how to set boundaries so you can finally move from a state of sensory overload to a place of recovery and aliveness.

If you are a sensitive soul feeling completely exhausted by the world's pain, you're not alone. This journal entry is a compassionate guide for INFPs and HSPs to reclaim their energy by realizing they don't owe their limited emotional resources to every news feed.
Hello, dear soul, and welcome to the Lightbearer's Library. As sensitive INFPs and INFJs, we often fall into the "empathy trap," acting like a sponge for global trauma and horror until we are left feeling depleted. In this entry, I share why empathy can be a finite resource and how "witnessing" everything can actually be a form of energetic self-harm.
Are you ready to protect your precious energy? We explore practical ways to shield our energetic body, like using "plexiglass" visualizations, so we can save our empathy for the people in our lives who can actually benefit from it. By turning off the feed and unsubscribing from fear, we create space for love, peace and well-being to flourish.
✨ I’m curious, have you ever felt guilty for turning off the news?

Are you are a sensitive soul feeling overwhelmed by energetic chaos? Then this journal entry is a guide to reclaiming your intuition and finding calm by turning off the noise of world events.
Hello dear soul, and welcome to the Lightbearer's Library. As INFPs and/or highly sensitive persons (HSPs), we often absorb the fear and stress of the world, leading to emotional meltdowns and a heavy heart. In this entry, I share my personal journey of taking a timeout from screens to find stillness again.
We explore why being "informed" by a constant feed of headlines can actually be an addiction that blocks your intuition. Are you ready to prioritize your peace over the chaos? By silencing the feeds, we create the space needed for clear-mindedness and deep intuition. This is about moving away from the vibration of war and choosing a state of kindness and love. It’s time to honor what nourishes your mind and soul, dear one.
✨ I would love to hear from you! How do you connect with that little voice of intuition?

Why is faith the most courageous act you can take, especially for sensitive souls (INFP/HSP)? In a world that often feels dark and chaotic, choosing a hopeful vision isn't passive—it’s an act of profound ancient courage.
Hello dear soul, and welcome to the Lightbearer's Library. In this journal entry, I’m in a "biblical mood"! I’m looking to the ancient wisdom found in the New Testament book of Hebrews for strength, even as someone who doesn't subscribe to doctrinal Christianity.
If you are a sensitive person feeling the weight of anxiety, fear, or hopelessness, this video is your invitation to step into a brighter vision of the future.
We’ll explore the "art of being kind" through the poetry of Ella Wheeler Wilcox and dive into my favorite definition of faith from Hebrews 11:1. Faith isn't about what we see with our eyes—the chaos and noise—it’s about the courage to be convinced of the beauty we do not yet see.
I hope this encourages you to take the smallest step of courage today. By walking in faith, hope, and love, we can inspire others and change the world one person at a time.
✨ I’d love to know: what is one thing you are hoping for in your life right now?

If you are an INFP or HSP feeling exhausted and under attack by a harsh inner voice, this recovery strategy will help you silence self-hatred and find your way back to peace.
Hello dear soul, and welcome to the Lightbearer's Library. In this journal entry, we explore why the "inner critic" sometimes shifts into a more intense attack of self-hatred, especially when we feel vulnerable, lonely, or exhausted.
Being a highly sensitive person (HSP) means our mental well-being is deeply tied to our physical state. I share how a lack of sleep can trigger a downward spiral of overwhelm, making even small tasks feel impossible. We’ll discuss:
- The difference between a harsh inner critic and the voice of self-hatred.
- Why creating distance from these voices is the first step to healing.
- The "cornerstone" strategy of prioritizing sleep to stabilize your emotions.
This video is a gentle reminder that you are not alone in your suffering. By protecting your rest, you can begin to kick out the darkness and reclaim your stability.

If your life feels monotonous and you’re struggling with constant anxiety, this video will help you discover why your soul might actually be hungry for meaning rather than just being "anxious."
Hello dear soul, and welcome to the Lightbearer's Library. Are you a highly sensitive person (HSP) or INFP feeling stuck in a loop of future fears? In this journal entry, I open my old university journal to share one of my greatest fears: the fear of a monotonous life.
When our extroverted intuition isn’t engaged with our soul purpose, that creative energy turns inward, leading to catastrophizing and anxiety. We’re often overstimulated by "junk" digital feeds but deeply under-stimulated by creativity, intellectual growth, and self-discovery.
It's time to stop misdiagnosing our restlessness. Our anxiety is a soul-level alarm signaling a hunger for growth and purpose. Learn how to channel your rich inner life into meaningful projects and reclaim your enthusiasm for changing the world!

Welcome to Lightbearer’s Library—a quiet sanctuary for highly sensitive men who feel invisible and alienated from the modern world.
Many gentle men have spent their lives hiding…
This channel exists to remind those men: you are not weak, broken, un-manly or too much.
Through slow, reflective journal-style conversations, I explore the inner world of Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), through the lens of my own life as an INFP HSP living with my INFJ HSP husband for 11 years.
This is not a space for judgment, ideology, or performance. It is a refuge where you can take off the mask and be seen for the resilient, kind, intelligent, intuitive and creative man you are.
Stay for a while.
