Prayer is the most important thing - but it shouldn't be the only thing! Jesus invites His followers to pray to a Heavenly Father who is always open to hear your request. But should we stop there?

"Ask God to give me the right words so I can boldly explain God’s mysterious plan that the Good News is for Jews and Gentiles alike. I am in chains now, still preaching this message as God’s ambassador. So pray that I will keep on speaking boldly for him, as I should."

There is one virtue we all need for the ongoing healing of our soul and the building up of others-lifting people’s hearts to God - HUMILITY!

A new you in the Kingdom is God is coming! We are awakened - emerging from our spiritual tomb by the power of the Gospel - to walk out the Lord’s calling in COMMUNITY!

As parents, one of the greatest privileges - as well as responsibilities - we have is to steward the gift of our children. No less important - we as the church are charged with stewarding His children to their Kingdom destiny!

"And when the days for their purification according to the law of Moses were completed, they brought Him up to Jerusalem to present Him to the Lord (as it is written in the Law of the Lord, “Every firstborn male that opens the womb shall be called holy to the Lord”), and to offer a sacrifice according to what was said in the Law of the Lord, “A pair of turtledoves or two young pigeons.”

Seeing six centuries ahead, Isaiah saw JOY TO THE WORLD! Offered through imagery the people of the Word could understand. Today, it's all about the Joy in the Lord Jesus Christ!

"Listen! Your watchmen lift up their voices; together they shout for joy. When the Lord returns to Zion, they will see it with their own eyes. Burst into songs of joy together, you ruins of Jerusalem, for the Lord has comforted his people, he has redeemed Jerusalem. The Lord will lay bare his holy arm in the sight of all the nations, and all the ends of the earth will see the salvation of our God."
