Rod recalls the loneliness of leadership, and he offers his own personal insights from the inside of government and politics. He acknowledges that the time has come for us to reopen our country, and that we now must call upon our governors to make the biggest and most important decisions of their lives -- which could face real, life-and-death consequences.  With choices of this magnitude, Rod describes the complex considerations that he had to make when leaning upon the opinions of his advisers.

Rod Blagojevich discusses the hard decisions that President Trump and the governors across the country will have to make about when to open up the economy for business amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. To do so, Rod calls upon inspirations derived from the vast reading that he accomplished during his time in prison -- and, ultimately, he offers thoughts on what he would do if he were currently in office.
