Karen Northgraves knows a thing or two about dreaming – she has been an entrepreneur for most of her life and has owned and operated Country Home Candles for the past 30 years.

In my interview with Karen we also talk about working in a competitive industry, how to create products and the importance of keeping a positive mindset.
