Shaun is joined this week by his good friend and fan favourite guest Rochelle Lindquist. 2021 has been a big year for Rochelle as she and her partner uprooted their lives in Brisbane and moved to Tasmania where Rochelle launched her own business.

Rochelle is the definition of a 'Girl Boss' a woman in business who is single headedly managing multiple contracts, various social media accounts, hosting a successful podcast and inspiring others to live a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle.
