People have a story; Are you helping them with the Rest of their Story? Life scripts are deeply held belief systems about our lives. We act according to our beliefs, so the story we tell ourselves dictates the activities and drive we do and have. Understanding someone’s story helps you to understand their drives and motivations, as well as their fears and doubts. We live in a bitter time, we have created a Chairos that has people self-focused, self-protective, and self-absorbed. Robert Rhome, used to say, "If I can understand you better, and you can understand me better- doesn't it make sense that we are in a position to have a better relationship"? In order to understand people, we need to meet them in their Map of Reality and find out their Story. Two guests from Team 248 will join Mr. Black and share their story.
