Tips
1. Walk in a fun and interesting way
2. Take time to connect to yourself and to the Creator each day, and however often you need.
3. Tell yourself "I love you" in the bathroom mirror
4. Operate from the consciousness of "how can I give more" or "how can I bless the people around me."
5. Notice your surroundings, the taste of your food, the colors, etc.
6. Ask the Creator for whatever you might need
7. Notice all the joy and love around you and bask in it
8. Let go of expectations and enjoy what is, knowing it's exactly as the Creator designed it to be.
