The old saying goes, "it takes money to make money" right? But what does that really mean? For starters, investing into your business is necessary in order to get a profitable return.
At first, investmets must be centered around the 4 things that make money: Finding Prospects, Sponsoring Prospects, Retaining Prospects ... Show Others to Do The Same. Sounds easy, but why isn't everyone successful?
In this episode Jen gets deep into these 4 things and how to stay on track to profits vs. stuck in a dead end network marketing business that ultimately fails.
Is there a magic sauce when you see other leaders whom have excited teams where everyone is upranking and enrolling like crazy? Well, it doesn't come down to luck or working harder. There's something they may be doing that you're not and the fix is SUPER simple. Actually 3 things.
These 3 things are SO simple you may not do it, but it will make the biggest difference in team performance. One in particular (#3) was the hardest thing for Jen to do but it's how she got unstick after 8 years of grinding and working 80 hours a week.
Enjoy this episode, especially if you're working a bazillion hours a week on your business and nobody you're enrolling is going to work as hard as you.
Why does it seem like it takes FOREVER to get to the next rank? Your company and upline is telling you how many people to add and the volume you need, but it seems so gosh darn hard.
Something is missing and a shift of perspective can make the biggest difference in getting to the top in 1/2 the time. It's a perspective that executives use in growing Fortune 500 companies that MLM doesn't advocate.
If you want to build a multiple 6 or 7 figure income in network marketing, this episode Jen talks about the short comings of how companies tell their distributors to build that keeps them building slow and getting stuck. Also, what to expect as you grow from day 1 of your business to reaching your ultimate goal.

Been told to call yourself a "Digital Marketer" and struggling to get anyone to listen to your presentations or join your business? This episode may be tough for some people who've purchased expensive "Digital Marketing" systems to build the business online. Very few people get this to work for a myriad of reasons which are covered in this episode.
People are desperate to earn more, leave a job they hate, and retire early. Good companies out there have been misguided to create or promote "systems" that revolve around "Digital Marketing" or "Laptop Lifestyle". It doesn't work, so find out why and how to fix it!
When you decided to build a network marketing business and grow a team, was your expectation that growth would be straight up? Unfortunately, it never is. There are highs and lows that can be short-term or YEARS. What helps is to be equipped with knowledge on typical growth patterns so you don't stay stuck for long and know how to propel forward.
Jen shares some of her strategies here for momentum and how to create that tsunami wave of growth that everyone is seeking to rank up and make a bigger commission check. When you build right, your paycheck will be stable for years to come LONG after the hard work has been put in. This is why we love the "residual income" aspect of this industry; get paid for years to come on the work you did today.
No matter if you're hesitating picking up the phone to call back a prospect OR sitting in overwhelm not sure what step to take next to promote your business, the STUCK feeling always is rooted in fear.
When Jen gets stuck, she always gets spurred into massive action. But what she didn't know, this same principle works for training horses. In this episode she shares her insight on getting unstuck no matter what's going on using a simple horse training principle that applies to your network marketing business and team!
Do you make a promise to yourself you're going to follow up with hot prospects, schedule a massage, and take time for a dinner date? Then the next thing you know you're into the next month and NONE of that was done!?!?!
9 times out of 10 when I talk to network marketers that are stuck the reason is their life is running them. They have well intentions but the daily distractions keep them away from doing TRUE income producing activities that will result in their team volume.
Go back, audit your schedule from the last 60 days and if you haven't enrolled at leads 2 people a week and your TO DO list isn't getting checked off ... this podcast is for you!

Oh the dance of being a mentor that empowers, teaches, and develops vs. unknowingly creating a team of co-dependence! Using discretion and dialing up your best spidey senses still makes it sometimes unclear whom, what, and where to spend our time & energy.
Too much of our energy spilling out to people that are needy and not action takers leads to burn out and frustration. If the lesson of discernment and boundaries by the leader (you) isn't learned, you'll start to resent your team and hate your business. Eventually, you'll quit.
It doesn't have to happen this way, you CAN get clear on where to spend your precious time and develop independent leadership.
Listen now, Jen share with you some of her hardest lessons learned around this topic.
