Yankee Dressing Recipe

2 loaves of white bread

1lb of sausage

1 onion

3 celery stalks

1/2 stick of butter

2 eggs

Sage

Salt and pepper

Chicken broth

3 cloves garlic

Brown sausage dont drain add onion celery garlic butter and 2 cups of broth simmer til veggies are soft

Cut up dried bread into cubes and add sausage mixture 1/2 bottle of sage some salt and pepper and more chicken broth until it looks right

Bake 325 for an hour
