The team also tries to figure out the meaning behind the latest U.S. Army study on meditation, but fails.

James discusses his recent cannabis/yoga beach event, while Don explains his yoga experiences.

And at the end of the day, the team agrees that if you're going to effectively combat PTSD and depression, you must train yourself to let go of everything you fear to lose.

While news often focuses on the price of Bitcoin, there is a much larger story to be told about the technology and its gamechanging uses in the art world.

Lima Charlie News spoke with US Air Force veteran and art collector, David Stern, about his upcoming seminar on the impact of blockchain and cryptocurrency on the fine arts market. David served in the Strategic Air Command before he started collecting art 8 years ago. Now he wants to explore the ways that these new technologies are revolutionizing the art industry.

The Opioid Epidemic is now a Public Health Emergency, as a result of Donald Trump's declaration in October, which is a step forward considering the opioid crisis has officially killed more Americans than the Vietnam War. However, Opioid abuse amongst military veterans rarely receives headlines, despite vets being more prone to addiction compared to the American civilians they protect.

Listen to this episode of the Lima Charlie News Podcast, for a discussion on opioids with two characters at the center of this issue. First, Don Martinez--a retired Field Artillery Officer in the U.S. Army--describes his history of opioid dependency at the VA, and how he overcame his struggle. Then, we go to the VA Hospital in New York City to speak with Dr. Brian Sands, the Chief Medical Officer of the Opioid Treatment Program in the VA's Harbor Healthcare System.
