Welcome back! In this episode we discuss the legendary "White City" or the "Lost City of the Monkey God" in the Mosquitia rainforest in Honduras. Listener's who participated in the last week's poll between Nature or Humanity, chose nature. So we dig deep into the dozens of creatures that we thought to be extinct as well as some new species of animals never discovered before, found in the "Lost City". We discuss all types of animals that we found and how, even in 2019 we are still finding places preserved by nature and untouched by mankind for decades, thriving, giving us hope that it is not too late to make more of an effort to conserve the places already tainted by man. As for our listener's shared news, we are once again happy to receive the article from our previous guest and listener Arod. She shared with us how 633 divers in Florida broke a world record for most divers cleaning an ocean floor. Hopefully this sets off a chain reaction to helping out more of our environment. All this and more! If you wish to read a little more yourself feel free to check out the links provided.

On this episode of the podcast you listeners voted and chose World news for the topic. So we discuss the world's largest offshore wind farm in the UK that is on track to supply well over 1 million homes with clean energy by 2020. We speak about the benefits of clean energy as well as how the wind turbines actually work to supply the energy and how it is transferred 75 miles off the coast to the actual grid that supplies power for the UK. We also had a listener Jay Pierre share with us a story about a man in Philadelphia named B. JaWaun Jones. On this episode of the podcast we discuss a story one of our listener's and previous guests, Felix Alvarez has shared with us. Three young teenage students in England helped save a man from jumping off a bridge and taking his own life. Suicide is a serious topic and way too many people decide to go down that road, remember life is worth living and there are many avenues of help you can find out there. You are loved despite how hard the world may be and we all truly want you around.

This episode of the podcast is all about Memorial Day and honoring all those and their families who gave the ultimate sacrifice fighting for our freedom. In this episode we clear up the differences between Veteran's day and Memorial day. We discuss the importance of Memorial Day and what it is all about as well as how you should approach someone with saying "happy Memorial Day". We also share a heartwarming story of a man named Gary Marquardt. Gary learned to play the trumpet at an old age and now try's to do his part by playing TAPS at the funerals of service men and women as well as any member of the armed services throughout the year and has no intention of stoping even at 70-years-old. If you are interested in this article and Gary's story learn more about it in the link provided. Tune in next week for more positive news!

This week's podcast is dedicated to paying it forward. Starting with billionaire Robert F. Smith, as he pays nearly 400 graduating senior's student loans at Morehouse College. He surprised everyone in attendance by announcing that he would provide them with a grant to eliminate the student debt of the entire class of 2019. Now that's paying it forward. Our second story is about a woman named Shirley Raines, a 51-year-old mother of 6. She feeds, and helps the homeless women of Skid Row in Long Beach, California by providing them with showers and make overs. For many of us, our self-esteem comes from our appearance, and Shirley provides these people with something they can be proud of by looking in the mirror. It goes a long way.

Happy Cinco De Mayo! I hope everyone had a safe holiday. On this episode of the podcast we discuss something that I find very interesting and important to the world. We discussed "The Ocean Clean Up" company. Forbes had an article that I came across thanks to the lovely Arlene Sanchez who happens to be my wife. I got sucked in the moment I began reading the article. The goals of this company and how they want to rid the ocean of plastic trash is my favorite thing about it. In the article it discusses a U shaped floating boom system that collects trash to be picked up and it doesn't even use fuel or anything harmful to the environment. Tech companies have been financially backing this company and that means the world when big money companies want to help change the world for the better. After all it is why I like to do this podcast. To find out more on this company or the article itself, visit the links I have provided below. Thanks for listening.

This episode is a quick one. I just wanted to discuss the importance of cleaning up after ourselves and ensuring that we recycle and do our part even as small as picking up trash around our areas. The world is full of people and people create a lot of waste. If we can make a conscious effort on simply trying to clean up after ourselves it would make a world of difference. Keep our oceans clean keep our neighborhoods clean and in return we'll have a better outlook on life in general. So do your part and hopefully this small podcast can encourage you to make a big difference.
