Have you ever done a detox? Not just a physical detox..but a spiritual detox? I'm on day 5. I have been praying, eating healthier, focusing on my relationship with Jesus, removing things from my life that take me further away from Him. We all need to detox our spirits..and here is how I am doing it.

It took until I was 18 to be diagnosed(boys and girls exhibit different symptoms) and then I was misdiagnosed for years with additional mental health issues. Finally, at 28 I have found what works for me. Here is my story of how I learned I wasn't going crazy.
