Today I'm talking with Lina Kiriakou. Lina is a strategic and service design consultant. She is the owner of Dollphin, where she and her team provides strategic and service design solutions within various brand-building disciplines and business verticals. She is also a business Instructor of the Strategic Design Lab at the Panteion University of Athens. I love their approach, because it combines theory, work on real case studies, and connecting with experts.
