And it’s OK to feel low, it’s part of life.

And make me proud! Shoot for plan A! Yes, you can!

The biggest hurdle is self doubt…
So dream big, and think small.
Be patient... but DO NOT wait around.

Are you lazy? That’s okay, we can still build good habits.
Let’s work with your nature, not against it.

Then once you find you’re past beginner hurdles,
You’ll discover purpose, not comfort, brings joy.

If it’s good to make others happy,
It’s good to make you happy.
You are an end unto yourself.
Your happiness is a priority.
You matter.

And the people whom you serve,
Are the people whom you choose.
It’s not for someone else to demand that you serve them.

You are more attractive than you think you are.
Trust me. I guarantee that it’s true.
And try not to feel ashamed for being so hot.
Lust is beautiful. Enjoy it, and share it.

To build more confidence, refine:
competence, familiarity, and being who you want to be.
Even social anxiety is not permanent.

Your fear of the unknown
Is just your brain trying to protect you,
From a rugged world which no longer exists.

We live in the safest time,
the easiest time,
the most prosperous,
and entertaining.

Your brain is not wired to appreciate this.
Your brain is wired to be anxious and afraid.
But don’t panic! You don’t have to play along.

“Worry” is really just a cute little puppy,
 On duty, by the campfire... yapping at harmless unknowns.

“Everything is going to be okay,” you tell him,
 And he wags his tail with delight.
 Everything is going to be okay, I tell you.
You have every reason to sleep soundly at night.

It’s good, what we’ve got.
So let’s savor it, together.

Hey there, Little Bunny! ❤️ Some daddy wisdom this week, delivered with warm vibes and a bit of laughter. "Don't be fooled into thinking the world is seeping with hatred and bad people!!" It's not. Those people are relatively rare, but they get all the attention online.

The best writers will tell you that conflict makes for gripping stories... So no wonder so much content we see online is seeping with negative energy! It gets eyeballs on those 💰advertisements💰 between rage inducing posts. 😭

I promise, the world is FULL of kind and loving people doing amazing things, building a 🌷better world.🌷 These people don't go viral. But they're all around us!!

So let's let put those negative emotions from the screens back into perspective. This is a great world we live in, and I won't let rage-bait companies trick you otherwise. We have so many reasons to be happy, and if you can't shake the pessimism... don't worry! I'll help you along 🥰.
