We're back! The 2023 NHL regular season has ended, and the Stanley Cup Playoffs are set to begin on Monday, April 17th. The Bruins have finished the 2022-23 season at an amazing record of 65-12-5 amassing an NHL record 135 points. We take a look back at the B's final handful of games... Brad Marchand scored a goal, a few more injury scares pop up, and Pavel Zacha won NESN's 7th player award. We preview their opening-round series against the Florida Panthers, and what makes Florida a tough matchup for the best team in NHL history. We are back.. and it's official. The 2022-23 Boston Bruins are the greatest team in NHL history, as with their 63rd win, they set the record for most wins in a single season. Oh yeah, David Pastrnak has a hat trick against Philly to hit SIXTY (60!!) goals on the season. We also get into Coach Montgomery's record for most wins by a coach in their first year and Taylor Hall being healthy again. However, to create the cap room for Hall's return, Forbort and Foligno are placed on LTIR. McAvoy also left the game against TOR but was fine, and Krejci is being sat out. Marchand's season is also a topic of conversation as he is set to be under a point per game for the first time since the 2015-16 season.
