Line Changes with Alex & Brad

We're back! The Bruins stay consistent and lose on the night we record, lose another player to injury, and still cannot score on the Powerplay. They are just 1 for 24 on the man advantage in the month of April (6 GP). We spend the majority of the episode discussing the bruins recent struggles. Where do they go from here? Were there some misses at the deadline? Can the Bruins just start wrapping everyone in bubble wrap? We discuss Torey Krug's return to Boston, take listener questions, and much more!  

We're back! Yet again, despite winning every other game, the Bruins lose on the night we record... Alex apologizes, as it is totally his fault. Frederic, Pastrnak, and Lindholm all go down with injuries ahead of Friday night's tilt against the Tampa Bay Lightning. Will Pasta and Lindholm be ready for that game? Should Pastrnak be rested as the bruins are comfortably in a playoff spot? We're back! On Monday, it was announced that Ottawa Senators owner Eugene Melnyk had passed away. RIP Eugene Melnyk. We discuss his impact on the Ottawa community. We then transition to the best hockey team in Boston... the Boston Pride who won the PHF'S Isobel Cup for the second consecutive year! The Bruins played the Maple Leafs on Tuesday night.. and well... it did not go as planned. We're back! The Bruins have their depth scoring FINALLY show up, as they have won 7 of their last 10 games, and went 4-1-1 on their 6 game road trip. They return home to choke away a lead against the Kings... but we focus on the positives. Jake DeBrusk looks like 2019 DeBrusk, Craig Smith is scoring again, and Trent Frederic is looking like a real hockey player. Patrice Bergeron is having the best defensive season of his career, should unanimously win the Selke, and Jeremy Swayman is making a push for the Calder. 11-13-12 has become a formidable third line. We are back! Tuukka Rask retires from professional hockey after his comeback attempt suffers a setback. Tuukka is the best goalie the Bruins have ever had. Full stop. With that, the Bruins are in full-on chaos mode right now. After news of Tuukka's potential retirement was leaked, the Bruins blew a 2-0 lead to Danton Heinen, (I mean the Penguins), Patrice Bergeron suffered a head injury, and Brad Marchand punched and high stuck Tristan Jarry to earn a 6 game suspension. We discuss all of the bad, and some of the good. We take a look back at Tuukka's remarkable, HHOF worthy career as well as the NHL Department of Player Safety once again proving their incompetence when it comes to setting a standard.   

We're back! Just like last week, the bruins play awful on the night we record! Tuukka Rask struggles to make saves as the Bruins drop a tough one to Anaheim. What is up with Tuukka Rask?  Is he just starting slow like he usually does, or is this a sign of things to come? Brad Marchand has quite the week, as he chirps Vincent Trocheck & the Hurricanes, makes a fan's day with a great video after warmups, and overall just continues to shine as the best winger in the league! Garnet Hathaway thanks him for his service to grow the game with a nasty board that knocked Marchand from the game. Boarding would become a theme as Grzelcyk was on the wrong end of a board from Dubois against Winnipeg, and Steen ended the trend with a nasty board against the Ducks tonight. If you can imagine, the referees made a bad call on all three! We then wrap the episode up with the latest in the NFL, and take your listener questions!
